SIMPLE TO ORDER, FLOWERS ON REPEAT
WHAT IS A FLOWER SUBSCRIPTION?
Our fresh flower subscriptions allow you to order a regular flower delivery in one simple transaction. You choose the frequency (weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly) and choose the day of the week each delivery occurs. i.e. If you choose Wednesday as your delivery day, each subsequent delivery (whether weekly or fortnightly etc) will arrive on this day. Each delivery you’ll receive will be a different selection, from our current range, with arrangement tips and flower info.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you choose pay-as-you-go the first payment will be taken when you place your order. Each payment after this will occur the week prior to your scheduled delivery. If you choose an upfront payment, the total payment is taken upon placing your order.
WHAT IF NOBODY IS THERE TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY?
We prefer to hand deliver our Petal Box Flower Boxes to ensure they are received safely. If there’s nobody home, we’ll do our best to find a covered spot to leave your Petal Post Flower Box. Please let us know if you have any special delivery instructions on the order page.
CAN I PAUSE, SKIP OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can pause or skip your flower subscription at any time, by heading to the account section of the website. Alternatively, send us an email or call (email@example.com / 0422 066 134). If you wish to cancel your flower subscription, you can do this through your account also, or by getting in touch.
