HOW ARE PETAL POST FLOWERS SO FRESH?
We buy our flowers direct from the growers and the Sydney Flower Markets. We know exactly how many flowers we need each day so we never sell product that’s from the day before. Often you’ll receive your flowers just a day after they were picked. Check out this week's Petal Post flower selection here.
WHAT DO I DO WITH MY FLOWERS WHEN I RECEIVE THEM?
All the information you’ll need to ensure long-lasting petals is included with your delivery. We provide specific flower info, where they're grown and simple arrangement tips allowing you to get creative without delay! Check out our Gallery where our customers share their creativity!
CAN I SELECT WHICH FLOWERS I SEND?
We create just one selection of flowers each week. You won’t know what we’ll offer until that that Monday morning. We love that you'll experience the anticipation and surprise upon opening each Petal Post delivery!
WHAT IF NOBODY IS THERE TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY?
We prefer to hand deliver our Petal Box Boxes to ensure they are received safely. If there’s nobody home, we’ll do our best to find a covered spot to leave your Petal Post Box. Please let us know if you have any special delivery instructions on the order page.
DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
We delivery to over 100 Sydney suburbs for free. You can check out our delivery areas here.
DON'T THE FLOWERS GET DAMAGED?
Petal Post Boxes are specially designed to keep your flowers protected throughout their journey to you. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your flowers please get in touch and we’ll see how we can make things right.
DO YOU SEND VASES?
Yes! Check out our our collection of Vases. Our arrangements are designed to fit into most standard vases. We recommend a cylindrical shaped vase approximately 20cm – 24 cm height.
HOW CAN I CUT DOWN ON WASTE FROM YOUR PACKAGING?
Our boxes are made from recycled paper and are fully recyclable. Please recycle them to cut down on waste. If you have a regular delivery hang on to your box and we'll take it when we deliver your next Petal Post Box.
HOW ARE YOUR PRICES SO MUCH LOWER THAN OTHER FLORISTS' PRICES?
We have lower costs than many florists and pass the savings on to our customers. By offering prices lower than our competitors, we hope more people will enjoy our flowers.
HOW DO I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We fully understand that you may want a break from receiving flowers. We'd hate to see your flowers stay in their box for several days while you're on holiday, for example. Please let us know by 9pm the day prior to delivery.
WHAT IF PETALS PURCHASED ARE DUE TO BE DELIVERED OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD OR ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY?
Petal Post is a family run business, just like all families we need a holiday. During these periods along with Public Holidays Petal Post will be closed.
If your delivery is scheduled during one of these periods we’ll let you know as soon as possible that your subscription will be extended the additional time to compensate for the break.
